The Hybrid Future is the title of a longitudinal study currently underway, run by Leesman and MIT.

The study aims to uncover the impact of hybrid working on the wider city economy. This video piece will get people thinking on the topic and look at key industry leaders and their approaches and opinions on how it impacts the office, containing interviews with senior leaders at Boston Consulting Group, Warner Bros Discovery, Haleon, Standard Chartered Bank and Fidelity Investments.
